.The Contest 42CS was introduced in 2013 and by just seeing the first drawings and knowing the craftsman ship of the Dutch, family owned, yard, the first yachts where sold! This immediate success was followed by her election for European Yacht of the Year of 2013/2014 Luxury Cruiser class. Sophie is a young, well-maintained Contest 42CS with a 3 cabin layout. She has been fitted with a slab reefing mainsail and is designed to be sailed shorthanded. Sophie has been delivered in 2019, but due to the pandemic the owner started using her only from 2021 till now. This Contest made voyages to England, Norway and the Baltic.
